Heather began working at ACPH in April 2002 as our receptionist. With her enthusiasm and knowledge, she has become invaluable as the team's office manager. She assists in keeping the day-to-day workings of the hospital flowing smoothly as well as handling client concerns. Although she is no longer regularly at the front desk, she still enjoys and intends to continue her contact with both clients and patients.

Heather lives in Arden with her husband of 6 years. They have a beautiful 5-year-old daughter. She and her husband are Carolina Tarheel fans, which is where they came up with the name for their daughter, Cara. Heather enjoys taking pictures and spending time outdoors. When she gets a chance, she visits her hometown in Western, NY. Another love of Heather's is her pets. She has a dog named "Turbo", and 2 cats: "Booger" and "Puffer Girl".

Katie started working at ACPH in April of 2006 while finishing the Veterinary Technician program at AB Tech, from which she later graduated in August of 2006. She enjoys being a part of the ACPH team and getting to know the clients and patients we see every day.

In the off season, she likes shopping, designing clothes, and trying new things, otherwise her time is spent watching the Pittsburgh Steelers dominate the NFL!  If you hear someone singing loudly and out of tune from the back of the clinic…that's Katie (and there is usually a dance that goes with it). Katie is married and has 3 children (four legged of course): Sunny, Takoda and Jack. She has lived in a variety of places including Illinois, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Australia.
